I have over 30 years of experience as a real estate broker, owner, and developer. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I immigrated with my family to the United States in 1987. I became involved in real estate at a young age, working for my father’s commercial real estate firm in Buenos Aires. I later opened my own firm, Gottlieb Propiedades, S.A. where my wife and I managed a team of 25 agents. My educational background is in Law and Psychology and I am fluent in Spanish and conversational in German.
Upon moving to the US, we lived in Spokane, Washington where I worked as an agent in the firm of Pat Haskins Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office buildings. Later I joined Kestell Real Estate coordinating general real estate transactions and then Arger & Co. where I helped expand the commercial sector of this firm.
A few years ago my family and I moved to Bellevue, WA where I served as Senior Director of the National Manufactured Home Communities Group at Marcus & Millichap Seattle for about five years. When the prospect to join Regency Group, Inc. presented itself I saw a great opportunity to better serve my clients. Now I have my own brokerage company as Broker and President.
I specialize in all aspects of commercial real estate with a special emphasis on acquisitions and disposition of manufactured home communities and investment properties with private and institutional clients. Mrs. Gottlieb oversees all of the firm's operations. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Norma graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Social Sciences.
Evelyn manages the everyday operations at Gottlieb Properties, as well as handling her own transactions. She designs and creates marketing materials, analyzes property values, researches advertising opportunities, and maintains our database. Also fluent in Spanish, Evelyn is a University of Washington graduate where she received a B.A./B.M. in Music and M.M. in Violin Performance. She is also a Washington State licensed real estate agent. Evelyn enjoys helping people sell or purchase the perfect home, investment, or commercial property for their needs.
